Job Summary

Electrical Design Engineer – 2-5yrs Experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Support of all Agency Lasting Activities. I.E. UL, CSA, ROHS, REACH;
  • Establish and Document Product Structure for Cost Estimating;
  • Perform and Document Testing Related to Research and Development Projects. I.E. Dynamometer Speed Torque Curves;
  • Establish and Maintain Documentation for All Production and Pre-production Orders. Including ERP and CAD System Requirements;
  • Communication and Documentation Relating to All Customer or Vendor Issues


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Undergraduate Degree (Prefer Electrical Engineering Field of Study);
  • 0-2yrs Work Experience;
  • Computer Skills, Including Excel, Word, Project, ect.;
  • Self-starter / Initiates Action / Highly Motivated Team Player;
  • Strong Planning and Organizational Skills and Able to Communicate Technical Information to Non-technical Team Members;
  • Ability to Grow with the Company Into Positions of Increasing Responsibility;
  • Flexible Planning and Scheduling Skills to be Able to Execute Necessary Job in an Environment of Variable Equipment Availability;
  • Demonstrated Technical / Professional Knowledge;
  • Solid Decision-making Skills;
  • Resourceful and Innovative;
  • Strong and Effective Written and Oral Communication Skills

(Preferred Experience in the Motor Industry, but Not Required)
