Congratulations to 45 devoted years at Motor Specialty Inc. to our Vice President of Engineering, Brian Duchac!
Brian started with Motor Specialty in the Shipping/Receiving department. He then moved to many other departments through the years before landing in his engineering role. His expertise designing custom motors and overseeing our Quality Control Department were key experiences that led him and his team to where they are today. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, and knows the material like the back of his hand. When asking Brian what he enjoys most about MSI, he stated, “Being part of the proud tradition that is MSI. I really feel like I am part of a great team with eyes to the future.”
When Brian is not working hard at MSI, he can be found spending time at his place “Up North” or spending time with his kids and grandkids. A fun fact about Brian: he met his wife at MSI, and they have now been married for 43 years; what an amazing story! MSI brought two amazing people together.
Brian has taken his role as Vice President of Engineering and soared with it. He has made such a remarkable impact here at Motor Specialty. He will always walk around with a smile on his face and makes sure everyone feels welcome. He shows true attentiveness and integrity to his work. We are so grateful to have such an amazing team player like Brian. When talking with Brian, he stated, “I also wanted to thank the leadership of MSI for their faith in me. I want to thank the many great people I have worked with over the years.”
