We are proud to announce that effective July 1st, 2022, Charles Helm is the new President of Motor Specialty Inc. Charles has been with MSI for 39 years and has shown nothing but outstanding dedication to every position he has held in the company.
Charles started with MSI in 1983 as a General Laborer. Over his tenure at MSI, he has worked as Field Setup, Machine Shop Setup, Armature Setup, Armature Department Foreman and Armature and Field Department Foreman. Charles later moved into the more senior positions as Plant Manager, Vice President of Manufacturing, Executive Vice President, and now President. Charles’ extensive knowledge and first-hand experience in virtually every area of our manufacturing processes has made him an invaluable resource for our employees, partners and customers.
Charles is the one person everyone on our team goes to for guidance and advice. He gets to know all of our employees and is the one who will turn your bad day into a good one. He always makes you feel welcome and shows you that you are indeed a part of the MSI family. His accomplishments over the years have made a tremendous impact on the company and our personnel and have not gone unnoticed. Charles is sincerely committed to the Motor Specialty family and our community and continues to exemplify Motor Specialty’s “Pride in Motion.”
