Say hi to Roger, our awesome Design Engineer!
Roger’s work spans across many areas—reviewing technical documentation, supporting quality control, and getting hands-on building and testing motors.
“What I like most about working here is how we feel like one big family making American-made motors,” Roger says. “And I enjoy that my role as an engineer isn’t limited to the office—it gives me the chance to be hands-on in so many different ways.”
In his free time, he collects analog machines like mechanical watches and chronometers, sim-races in preparation for track days, and dives into learning Japanese and exploring Japanese culture.
Fun fact: Roger is bilingual in English and Spanish—and he can also read Portuguese, Italian, and French!
