So, even though certain models of Baldor-Reliance motors were retired from manufacturing at the Baldor facility in Clarksville, Arkansas, rest assured that the team at Motor Specialty will still be able to provide replacement motors for Baldor’s former customers. Our team has acquired the necessary equipment and relocated it to our facilities in Racine, Wisconsin, so that we are able to assist our customers and continue to manufacture the required motors. We have also done this so we can ensure the motors and parts will continue to be American made.
At Motor Specialty, we recognized the urgency for continuation of the production & assembly of Universal Permanent Magnet DC Motors, Totally Enclosed Non-Vented (TENV) motors, gear motors & speed reducers that were previously available from Baldor-Reliance. These motors and various parts are still an integral piece of equipment to previously purchased machinery that would become obsolete without these specific parts. The motors Motor Specialty will be creating are almost exact in specification, performance and application to the Baldor-Reliance discontinued items.
